Applying to U.S. Universities: from University of Pennsylvania English Language Programs
The University of Pennsylvania English Language Programs department will be presenting a free 4 week course on how to apply to U.S. universities from August 3 through September 5, 2014. This is a MOOC course, which means that it's FREE and can be taken from anywhere in the world! The course, design for international bachelor's degree applicants, includes fun-to-watch animated video lectures that explore the concepts of university admissions, as well as how to initiate and engage in the admissions process. You'll even get to meet actual admissions officials from a variety of schools across the United States, which will help to illustrate the fact that each school has its own unique admissions process. You'll also learn:
- How U.S. schools evaluate applications
- How to submit your best possible application
- How important each international student is in the U.S. admissions process
