Huy Tran: My Regis College Experience
Exploring Diversity and Giving Back to the Community
Attending Regis College was a life-changing experience for me. I learned so much about culture, consistency, and discipline while in school that I continue to apply in my life today. Regis College is a small campus close to Boston with a supportive community that treated me like family.
The diversity in Regis opened my heart and mind to interact with people from different backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities, which helped me learn how to communicate better. As part of my education, I was able to participate in service trips, providing an enriching opportunity that cannot be gained anywhere. During these trips, I was able to give back to the community by volunteering at local charities and philanthropic organizations, allowing me to gain an understanding of how important it is to help those less fortunate than myself.
