Where Can I Study English in Boston, Massachusetts?

Boston School of English
Boston School of English offers a diverse set of English language programs. Full time and part time intensive English programs are offered. Each program includes 12 different skill levels from beginner to advanced. In addition, they offer Business English, Summer Programs, Children’s Programs, University focused programs, evening and Saturday programs.
Boston University
Boston University’s Center for English Language and Orientation Programs (CELOP) focuses on preparing students to speak English in university and professional environments. The 12-week English intensive program caters to all levels of English learners. The school also offers professional programs for students in specific career paths such as pre-MBA English, English for Engineering, Innovation & Entrepreneurship, Legal English programs, and English Teacher Development.
Bunker Hill Community College
Bunker Hill Community College (BHCC) offers students ESL courses and an array of different degree programs. Bunker Hill provides students with two ESL programs: Basic ESL (BESL) and Academic ESL. Each level in the BESL programs includes one course in reading, writing and listening. The courses in the BESL program are not for credit. The Academic ESL program offers courses in reading, writing, speaking, grammar, listening, note-taking, and pronunciation to prepare students for academic courses.
The New England School of English
The New England School of English (NESE) located next to Harvard University provides students with a variety of courses in the English language. There are 10 different levels of language and cultural training. Students have the option to attend the intensive program which is from 9:00am to 3:15pm, five days a week, or the semi-intensive program which is from 9:30am to 12:30pm, five days a week. In addition, students can take elective courses in Legal English, Business English, University Preparation, TOEFL Preparation, as well as courses through the Harvard Extension School and other area colleges.
