‘Writing’ is not ‘Talking’ - do not use the sentences which you would use while talking

Be professional in your writing

Use synonyms of the words that are repeated many times

Don’t use the words which you don’t know how to use

Maintain the flow of the essay - link the title to your body

Don’t talk a lot about yourself

Use all types of punctuation marks

Stick to the topic

Type everything you think about then delete later if needed

Run your draft through another person, preferably an english teacher or counselor before submitting it.
