Rei Nakatani: Finding the best place to study aboard

Rei Nakatani: Finding the best place to study aboard

Apr 15, 2025

An Amazing Journey from Osaka to Language Academy in Los Angeles

Rei Nakatani, a graphic design major from Osaka, Japan, has been studying abroad in the U.S. She chose to study English at LACC Language Academy because of its small class sizes and friendly environment, which made it easy for her to make friends and practice conversations with native speakers.

The campus location was also ideal, as it is situated in the center of Los Angeles near popular destinations such as Hollywood, Santa Monica, and Koreatown. Rei took full advantage of this unique opportunity to explore all that Los Angeles had to offer. In her free time, she enjoyed activities like going to the beach in summer, snowboarding in winter, skateboarding, and hiking around Griffith Park.

Her journey from Osaka to Language Academy was not only exciting but also educational as she learned new things along the way.
