MC is one of the most affordable universities in the country, with a total yearly cost of $38,750 for one academic year for undergraduate study that covers tuition, fees, room and board, insurance, and books for the 2025-2026 academic year.

If you don't have an ACT or SAT score, you could still earn an International Student Scholarship of up to $8,000 per year.

Intensive English Program (IEP)

MC’s Intensive English Program (IEP) is committed to providing our international students with the English proficiency skills necessary to thrive in their academic studies, the university culture, and the wider community. Upon arrival, these students will be given a placement test determining their English level. Home Away from Home

MC seeks to promote the development of its students by encouraging them to utilize their talents and abilities as they study at MC.  MC offers over 70 campus organizations, various intramural sports, and many musical and athletic programs that allow students to find friends and fellowship.  

Importantly, Mississippi Christitan University has a diverse international student population.  Currently, MC hosts over 130 international students from 35 countries, all of whom have come to call Mississippi home.  To help new students find friends and acclimate to life in America, MC established the International Student Association to welcome and help new students.  Membership in these organizations is open to anyone, regardless of race or nationality.  

MC’s location also offers excitement off-campus. Mississippi Christian University is located in the southern part of the United States in Clinton, MS -- a very safe and charming community of approximately 30,000 residents near the state capitol of Jackson.  Clinton has twice been named one of Mississippi’s most livable cities.  Unlike some college towns in the middle of nowhere, MC students have access to numerous conveniences that being next door to a capital city can offer.  And yet, MC students can "retreat" to their college town to focus on their studies in a mere 20-minute car ride. It's the best of both worlds!
