Winona State University offers multiple scholarships to international students. The Cross-Cultural Scholarship is available to eligible international students who have an F-1 student visa. The scholarship is equivalent to the difference between resident tuition rate and non-resident tuition rate. The Presidential Honor Scholarship is for incoming freshmen who have taken the SAT or ACT.
