International Student Admissions

Students who wish to attend HMI on an international student (M-1) visa should apply online. Applicants must have completed secondary school and must demonstrate evidence of English proficiency by completing our online course Foundations in Hypnotherapy.

There is no cost or obligation for completing this online course and successful completion is a prerequisite to apply for your international enrollment. The student or sponsor must also demonstrate that sufficient funds are available to cover the cost of educational and living expenses.

Practical, Hands-On Training

Training at HMI includes up to 12 hours per week of supervised practice with other students as instructors look on. In second semester, HMI Internship provides you an office, receptionist, clinical supervision and hypnotherapy clients. This provides you with six months of clinical experience to prepare you for private practice anywhere in the world.

Housing

We are happy to provide you with direction for renting an apartment or Air B&B rooms to rent close to the college.
