Video: 김치 Kimchi Workshop by the American Language & Culture Institute at California State University Chico

From the American Language and Culture Institute at California State University Chico - Leaders in Nutrition Knowledge and Support (LINKS), Peer Nutrition Education Program and the American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI Chico) presented 김치Kimchi Workshop last week at ALCI Chico. Chico State students prepared kimchi and learned about basic fermentation through the making of this healthy Korean dish. Special this year - the organic napa cabbage used in the kimchi was locally grown at the Chico State Farm through the efforts of the Organic Vegetable Project.

This workshop exists because of help from Leaders in Nutrition Knowledge and Support (LINKS), Peer Nutrition Education Program and the American Language and Culture Institute (ALCI Chico).
