Meet International Student Gwen from TCC

Gwen Yummy, a business major and TCC graduate from Tacoma, Washington, moved to South Dakota with her boyfriend and dog, Oreo, after completing her undergraduate degree at TCC to start a new chapter of her life. Her day starts with walking Oreo and making breakfast before exploring Tacoma.

During her time at TCC, Gwen was active in the International Office. She had the opportunity to mentor international students, an experience that made an impact on her life and helped shape who she is today. After graduating from TCC, Gwen transferred to University of Washington Tacoma for a graduate degree in business with plans of becoming an entrepreneur after graduation.
