All institutions registered within the platform and represented on Studyusa.com are accredited.


Accreditation is the certification that a school or program meets a prescribed academic standard. It is very important to know that a college or university is accredited. If you attend a college or university that is not accredited, you will not be able to transfer your credits to an accredited college or university.

All student accounts associated with an application cannot be deleted due to compliance reasons. However, any accounts without any applications can be deleted by raising a support request via the Support menu.

Discover and learn about various programs on the “Apply Now” page. When you find a program you like save it to “My Programs” . You can add or remove programs any time until you are ready to begin your application. When you are ready to apply click “Start My Application” and StudyUSA+ will build your master application based on your program selection.


Complete all the steps in your application, pay the Application Submission Fee and submit your application.

An automated email will be dispatched once the application(s) has successfullly arrived at the institution(s).

Only courses displayed within the platform can be applied to. If you cannot see a course you would like to pursue, please contact the Institution.

It is not currently possible to alter any of the information provided as part of a submitted application. If you have made a mistake during your application, you can inform the Admission Officer by posting a comment in the Application Feed of your application.


Due to audit and transparency reasons, any submitted application cannot be amended currently.

If an Admissions Officer is assigned and you would like to inform the officer of your desire to inform them of changes to your application, you must do so via the Application News Feed. To access the Application News Feed, you must open the application form in question and go to the News Feed tab.

If you have recently acquired any certifications which were outstanding as part of your application, go to the Application and there will be a Documents tab, upload your certificates here and inform the Admissions Officer via the News Feed of the recent uploads.

We’re sorry, but agents are unable to use the platform to complete applications on behalf of a student. We are working on adding this functionality to the platform.

There is no limit to the number of applications you can make, however it is recommended that you do not apply to more than five courses at any one time.


With our Master Application form, you can now submit multiple applications, to multiple institutions by completing a single application form. This means you are required to complete the application form once and submit to anywhere in the world, as long as the institution has access to the platform.

It is recommended that you do not apply to more than five courses at any one time.

Before submitting your application, you are required to pay an Application Submission Fee for each course that you are applying to.

To apply for courses to institutions where the subjects are taught in English, all applicants coming from countries considered as non-English speaking are required to prove they have the necessary knowledge of the English language. All students are required to perform an English language test, such as IELTS, TOEFL or TOEIC.

Contact your local English Language Test Center for testing.

You can skip an application presentation, unless it is mandated by the institution. Please consider, an application presentation may assist a student in their application.


An Application Presentation, although an optional feature may be mandated by the institution for students applying from non-English speaking nations. The Application Presentation enables the student to showcase their speaking and reading abilities. It may assist a student in their application, similarly to a personal statement.

If you are mandated by the institution to conduct the Application Presentation, but do not have the required hardware, try using a different browser e.g. Chrome, or FireFox. Remember to save the application form before logging off.

You can view the progress of all your applications by clicking 'Manage' from the menu bar, and selecting 'Applications'. From this page you can view key information about each application, including the current status.

Select and open the application you wish to cancel. On the right hand side you will have '...' displayed. Click here and select 'Cancel Application'.

If an institution has requested an Admissions Interview, but you do not have the required hardware, it is important you inform them at first instance via the Application News Feed. If you have the desired hardware but experiencing browser problems, we recommend using Chrome or Firefox.

A document that has been notarised is one that's been marked with a stamp (or “seal”) from a legal entity like a Lawyer or Doctor, which indicates that the signature on the document is legitimate. A notary watches you sign a document, and then places the stamp near your signature.

A notary public will have certain legal qualifications to practice as a notary; usually they will have been or are a solicitor/lawyer.

If your exam results are not to expectations, the Admissions Officer dealing with your application will guide you according to the institutions acceptance criteria.

If you accidentally reject the offer, we recommend you contact your Admissions Officer immediately via the Application News Feed and inform them of the mistake. The Admissions Officer may be able to issue a new offer.

A conditional offer means the institution will offer you a place if you meet certain conditions. You may be asked to achieve certain grades in the qualifications you're currently taking, or the offer may say that you need a certain number in your English Language tests.

Offer letter can be found on the Associated Application page, under Offer tab.

Once an institution issued an offer letter you should also receive notification email with a link for easy access.


Once you access your application, you will find a list of tabs displayed just below the application dashboard. Click on the Offers tab and all the offers associated with this application will be displayed.

If an institution has made an offer, you will receive notifications via the bell and email with direct link to an offer.

If you have received a Conditional Offer, but cannot fulfil some of the conditions, make sure you assign a correct status to each condition.


If you wish to accept the Conditional Offer, the primary action will be activated once you correctly assign one of the following statuses:

  • Open - Status assigned at point of receiving the conditional offer letter.
  • Fulfilled - Student can meet the condition and has uploaded evidence.
  • Cannot Fulfil - Student is unable to meet this condition.
  • Deferred - Student can fulfil this condition, but not at this moment.
  • Not Applicable - Student considers this condition to be not applicable.

If you are required to upload any documentations as evidence, it is highly recommended to do so as a matter of urgency to avoid delays in your application.

If you wish to reject a Conditional Offer, please access an offer and find option to reject under "…".


Please find a Conditional offer you would like to reject; As the primary action at this stage is to accept the offer in order to reject it click on the "…" button and find an option there.

An Unconditional Offer is the way an Admissions Officer formally offers you a place on your chosen course of study. This is typically given after you have met any conditions that the Education Institution has set.

You will be notified via on-platform bell notificaciton as well as via email/text about any offer that requires your attention on studyusa.com


Once an institution published Conditional/Unconditional Offer, offer will become available for review on the Appliction page under ""Offer"" tab.

You will receive on-platform bell as well as no-reply email notification with direct link to an offer.

The response time will always vary from institution to institution. If you have not received any communication from the institution(s) after 28 business days, we suggest you contact your Admissions Officer via the Application News Feed.


It solely depends on how the institution deals with applications. Some universities make it their policy not to dispatch any offers until after the Last Application Acceptance Date has expired.

If you have not received any communication from the institution(s) after 28 working days, we suggest you contact your Admissions Officer via the Application News Feed. If you are unsure of the Admissions Officer, send a message on the Institution Showcase News Feed. Please remember the Institution News Feed functionality is public, therefore avoid disclosing any sensitive information.

The institution decides how long the offer is valid for. The platform will inform you as you approach the expiry date of an offer to remind you to act swiftly to avoid the offer expiring. If you do not wish to proceed with the offer, we recommend you reject the offer to inform the institution immediately.

You should only accept and proceed with one Unconditional Offer.


You should accept the Unconditional Offer that you genuinely wish to proceed with. If you require a Visa to travel to the country your chosen institution is at, immigration letter that is required will be issued per single Unconditional Offer.

If you require a visa to attend your chosen institution, you will have to prove that you have access to a certain level of funds required by host country to cover your living costs.


Living Allowance refers to the amount of money you must have available to you or any related person that may be supporting you, to help fund your living in the country you wish to pursue your studies in throughout the period you are considered a student.

You must provide the correct financial evidence you can support your living throughout the time you are studying or your visa application will be refused.

Select and open the application you wish to request a refund for. On the right hand side you will have '...' displayed. Click here and select 'Request Refund'.


The platform allows students to initiate refund requests after payment has been made to an institution.

If an institution has mandated payment of tuition fees at various stages or payment is made directly to the institutions bank account, a student can request refunds. The platform provides the Request Refund. The institution will receive the request and will determine the amount to be refunded.

You can only request a bank statement if you have deposited your maintenance funds / living allowance into an escrow account. The platform will allow you to request a bank statement for your escrow account on the earliest date that you can submit a visa application.

After accepting an Unconditional Offer, you must pay any fees requested by the Institution. You can see a break down of these fees by requesting an Invoice. After being requested, your Invoice can be located under the Orders tab within your application dashboard.

Most international applications will require you to obtain a Visa before you travel, unless you have proof that you are exempt from requiring a Visa. Please seek guidance from your Admissions Officer through the application feed, or from the relevant host government embassy's website for more information.

The earliest date that an institution can send out an immigration letter varies by country. If you are concerned about not receiving an immigration letter, please contact your Admissions Officer through the Application Feed.


If you are planning to study in the UK, there is a clearing time that is required by the government of the United Kingdom. To learn more about this, please contact your Admissions Officer via the Application Feed.

If you are travelling to the United States of America or Turkey, your immigration letter is available for publish immediately once your tuition fees have arrived at the bank account mandated by the institution.

If you have not received any letter from the institution, we recommend contacting the Admissions Officer via the Application Feed to learn when the immigration can be issued.

From the Application dashboard, go to the Immigration tab and click on the ID and a new tab will open displaying your immigration letter.


The Admissions Officer will dispatch an immigration letter, required by the host government you are travelling to, to apply for a Visa. If you are required to travel, you must have an immigration letter. Otherwise, you may be refused to travel.

The platform will notify you once an immigration letter (I-20 for USA, CAS for UK & F-1 for Turkey) has been issued. From the Application dashboard, go to the Immigration tab and click on the ID and a new tab will open displaying your immigration letter.

If you have applied to study abroad but had your Visa rejected we highly recommend you disclose all your immigration history. Full disclosure will allow institutions to make a fair decision on your application.

The Mock Visa Interview imitates an actual visa interview. The Immigration Support Center will provide you with feedback on your performance. The platform will display the primary action 'Update Visa Decision' within your application, simply click on the button and follow the instructions.

Student should only deposit dependents living allowance to escrow if they are mandated by an institution. In other cases, they should be able to present valid bank statement.


If student intends to bring dependents to the country, student will be required to show how s/he will finance them too. Institutions will mandate student to deposit living allowance to escrow or simply show them bank statements. Some institutions may initiate a Verification Fund check via the platform. The verification fund report proves to the institution the student has sufficient funds to live in the country along with the dependents.

When an Admissions Officer is satisfied the student is compliant with the institutions acceptance criteria, therefore proving the application and its stages are complete, the Admissions Officer will confirm enrollment. The platform will notify the student that the Admissions Officer has completed enrollment and the student is required to do the same immediately.

The application process is completed when both parties have enrolled via the platform.
