Hi All,
When you are duplicating a order (confirmed or quote), to create a quote for 2019, here's what you’ll see:
- Default zero dollar line items (which are mostly Additional Exposure line items): If you changed the price from zero in the confirmed order, your quote will retain that price.
- Default non-zero dollar line items (print ads and web profiles etc): If you changed the price in the original order or if we updated the price of that item, your quote will pull the updated/current default price. Your quote will not retain the price from the confirmed order.
- For line items that are obsolete (e.g. Extra Exposure Package), the obsolete line item will show up red on your quote. Please re-enter using the current list of options instead. You will not be able to create a pdf from your quote if it still has a red line item.
If you want to adjust the price to less than the default price, please use the discount feature rather than editing the price in the line item. The only exception
