The highest priority for EWU faculty is to share their education and experience with students, guiding them through challenging courses and helping them prepare for successful professional careers. Students learn critical thinking skills through hands-on, discovery-based learning in our classrooms and labs and by working directly with faculty. Our students have access to a multitude of technology resources from state-of-the-art computer labs, to multimedia facilities, to a free Wi-Fi campus wide network. EWU’s annual Undergraduate Research Symposium is the largest academic event at EWU and features hundreds of student and faculty presentations.
Living on Campus
EWU is a residential campus, with thousands of students living in campus dormitories. EWU’s Global Living Learning Community (LLC) is an ideal community for international and domestic students to explore global issues, including culture, business, language, and current events.
