Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) is a well-recognized urban, public research university where academic success meets real-world experience. As one of the nation's top research institutions, VCU offers more than 220 degree and certificate programs in a dynamic, culturally diverse environment.  Our English Language Program is nationally accredited by CEA (Commission on English Language Accreditation). Completion of the English Language Program provides a pathway for enrollment in degree programs at the university.  Graduates of the program are not required to submit standardized test scores like TOEFL or IELTS scores.

  • ELP students: Included in $170 application/testing fee
