Accredited by AACSB International — a designation shared by fewer than 5% of business schools worldwide —the Clark Graduate School of Management values rigor and critical thinking, while encouraging creative approaches to problem solving. Our students are proud to be part of a university of consequence—where research excellence empowers action on critical human concerns, and students pursue their passions with the knowledge that they can make a difference in the world.

In choosing our master’s degree programs you will benefit from:

  • Classes taught by faculty members, not teaching assistants, who are passionate about mentoring, sharing their wealth of professional and academic experience, and supporting a collaborative learning environment.
  • Dedicated Graduate School of Management career staff to partner with you during your studies and help direct your career development.
  • Flexible part- and full-time course options with evening, day, summer, online and accelerated classes.
  • The opportunity to effect real change by solving actual business issues of consequence for local, national and international companies and organizations.

Some of Clark’s programs can be completed in as little as one year, and generous scholarships are available to qualified students.

Master of Business Administration (full and part-time options)

The highly regarded Clark MBA program provides a firm foundation in leadership and corporate accountability, as well as the knowledge and skills necessary to address the ever-changing issues facing modern business leaders.  Students accrue knowledge in all major business functions as well as essential "soft" skills such as strategic decision-making, leadership, negotiation and communication.  We have a strong commitment to the Principles for Responsible Management Education (PRME), integrating the legal, political, ethical, social and environmental responsibilities of management into our research and teaching. Graduates are well-rounded leaders who make a real, lasting difference in their businesses and society.

MBA students choose from concentrations in accounting, finance, information management and business analytics, management, marketing, social change, and sustainability.  Clark’s MBA concentrations in social change and sustainability are two unique opportunities to develop specialized knowledge of business strategies needed to effect positive environmental, social, and economic change throughout the world.

MS in Accounting (full and part-time options)

MS in Finance (full-time only)

In the Clark Graduate School of Management master’s in finance program, you integrate an understanding of the complexities of management — such as making decisions without complete information, ethical issues — with strong finance and quantitative skills. The degree benefits you no matter where you are in your career and prepares you for positions in banking, investment management, trading, insurance and corporate finance.

Students learn essential skills in a culture with a high regard for responsible leadership. By studying legal, political, ethical and social issues along with technical finance knowledge, you gain an integrated perspective and interdisciplinary skill set that uniquely position you to impact both your organization and society.

MS in Management (full and part-time options)

Clark's master’s in management degree provides you with a skill set that you can apply as an emerging leader in any career, in any sector—private, public, or non-profit. Regardless of your undergraduate background, you will learn how to work with diverse stakeholders in key areas of an organization including accounting, marketing, information technology, and human resources. Most importantly, you will develop the leadership and decision-making skills you need to effect community and organizational change.

The MS in management curriculum was designed in response to what employers identified as the highest priorities for individuals in mid-level jobs: communication skills, critical thinking skills, adaptability, integrity, and the knowledge of management decision making processes. Sttudents learn essential business skills in a culture with a high regard for ethically minded, socially responsible management practices.

(Students who decide to pursue a MBA degree in the future at Clark will be able to apply much of the MSM coursework to the MBA program, allowing you to earn your degree in less time and for less money than at other comparable business schools.)
