Oxnard College provides approximately 7,000 students a year with academically excellent, affordable undergraduate study and career technical education programs. Students may choose from more than 60 disciplines of study, culminating in transfer degrees, associate degrees, and certificates. Oxnard College has strong articulation agreements with the University of California and California State University systems, as well as transfer partnerships with private universities and colleges.

Admission is open to any high school graduate, anyone possessing a high school proficiency certificate, a General Education Diploma (GED), or any adult 18 years of age or older and capable of benefiting from instruction. Students entering any of the public community colleges of California are subject to the residency requirements by the State of California.
