For students looking to continue into a degree-earning program, the Academic English Language Programs (AELP) offers a Pathway to Degree Program and waives the TOEFL for admission to Graduate Studies at FSU.

FSU is located 20 miles west of Boston, on a beautiful 78-acre New England campus in Framingham, Massachusetts. On-Campus Housing & Meal Plans

Our residence halls have wireless internet; cable access; study and relaxation spaces; kitchen facilities; and on-site laundry machines. Students may choose single rooms or share a room or suite. Female students have the option of selecting an all-women's residence hall. Resident and commuting students may choose from a variety of meal plans through the University's dining services.

Program Schedule

Full-time students study 15 hours or more per week. They attend classes mornings and afternoons.

Tuition and Additional Costs for the 2023/24 Academic Year

• Intensive English Programs full-time tuition for one semester (fall or spring) is $3,580 (18 hours of class weekly); and $4,120 (21 hours of class weekly).
• FSU has a variety of residence hall communities. Living on campus allows you to build your community and an unparalleled opportunity to learn and grow.
• Dining services: at FSU we offer Meal Plan options or Door Prices for those without a Meal Plan.​
• All students AELP studying 15 hours or more must have health insurance in Massachusetts. 
• Undergraduate (baccalaureate) degree international tuition & fees for 2023 - 2024 can be found on our website.
• Graduate (master) degree tuition & fees for 2023-2024 can be found on our website.
