In his University of Nevada, Reno Intensive English Language Center commencement speech, Mr. Brilliet talks about his time studying English, learning about different cultures and making friends while attending UNR IELC.

From the speech:

"My grandmother used to say, 'the more languages you know, the more human you become. That's when you realize there is more than just your own culture."

Mr. Brillet goes on to talk about how studying at UNR IELC has changed him, saying, "I've opened myself up to new experiences and new cultures."

On future education opportunities:

"Thanks to the IELC certificate and recommendation, I have the opportunity to ... earn a degree [in the U.S.], or go back to my home country. Both scenarios are awesome!"
