Kimchi Making Workshop at ALCI Chico!

California State University at Chico ALCI students recently had the opportunity to take part in a Kimchi Making Workshop.
The workshop was held at the Nutrition Laboratory on the CSU Chico campus. In the workshop, the students explored basic fermentation science and had a chance to prepare their own kimchi.
