The Experience of an International Student at Butte College

Mohammed Bilasanadvi's International Student Experience At Butte College
Mohammed Bilasanadvi is an international student from Tunisia, currently majoring in Business Management at Butte College. Being an international student can be challenging, but it's also full of opportunities and rewards. Mohammed has had a great experience at Butte College so far and has learned a lot about business, economics, accounting and marketing. He lives in a comfortable apartment with roommates who understand what it means to be international students. His long term goal is to transfer to Chico State and pursue a degree in Marketing before returning to Tunisia for employment opportunities that he has already arranged.
Butte College offers many great benefits for its international students, such as scholarships and financial aid. In addition, Rachel Wood is the Global Outreach Coordinator for International Student Services who helps new students adjust to life in America and connect with other international students on campus. Professors like Steve Price teach microeconomics which are valuable skills for any business professional. Lastly, Mohammed wants his family back home to know that he loves them and college life here in America but misses them dearly.
