Meet Leyuan Tan (Shaoshao) from Regis College

Meet Leyuan Tan (Shaoshao) from Regis College

Apr 15, 2025

Shaoshao, a graduate student in the Nurse Practitioner program at Regis College, has had an incredible experience as an international student. She appreciates the balance between her traditional background and learning from people with diverse cultural backgrounds. Her advice to international students is to be open-minded, respectful, and get to know more people to embrace different cultures.

Regis College was a clear choice for Shaoshao due to its great support system, faculty ratio, and small community that helped her settle in deeply. Additionally, the college provides excellent resources for family nurse practitioners pursuing their studies. With top-notch education, great faculty members, supportive staff, and diverse student body, it's no surprise that Shaoshao found Regis College to be a great fit for international nurse practitioner students.
