Paulo Bautista, an international student from Colombia, is currently pursuing his bachelor's degree in Computing and Software Development at Lake Washington Institute of Technology (LWTech). He credits his instructors for helping him achieve success and has had a great experience at LWTech. Upon arriving in the United States, Paulo experienced culture shock, but was able to adapt quickly with the support provided by advisors within the International Office and School, as well as faculty members teaching related courses. His involvement in the Student Government has allowed him to network and attend various events, opening up many possibilities.
