I think U.S. has a greater quality of education and more opportunities.

Affordability, safety, close and friendly environment, good education and quality of service.
What do you like best?
The community and professors.
What do you miss most?
The friends and relatives, as well as the food.
What was your biggest surprise?
It’s more advanced and it’s a new culture of its own.

The sense of humor and food.

Very well, I actually speak four languages.

Exchange rates fluctuate and impact my finances.
... adjusting to a different educational system?
I had to adjust from the British to the American system, but I had no difficulty.
What are your activities?
Soccer, CAB, Gypsy days, pre-medicine society, welcome week committee.
How easy or difficult was making friends?
It’s very easy in the Midwest and at a small school like Northern State University.
How relevant is your U.S. education to your personal goals and to the needs of your country?
I want to become a neurosurgeon, and the U.S. has great medical schools
What is your advice to other students who are considering a U.S. education?
It is a great investment in your future.
