Welcome!

Thank you for your interest in the English Language Center (ELC) at Troy University's Atlanta Site! The English Language Center is located on the Troy University Site in Atlanta, Georgia. The University is a state institution that is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools.

The ELC is a non-credit institute set up to assist people who want to learn and/or improve their English. The classes are designed for students who have an interest in studying at universities and colleges in the United States. Consequently, the program specializes in academic and professional English. However, students who would like to come for a shorter-term study and cultural experience are also encouraged to attend the Center.

Learning English at the ELC opens a world of opportunities. Providing students with the chance to learn about the English language, as well as cultures in the United States, is a focus of the program. Assuring that students receive a well-rounded educational experience is a vital part of our mission. As a student, you will have a chance to work closely with your teachers and learn as an individual in small classes. We welcome you to come join our University and learn through experience!
