About LATTC

Founded in 1925, Los Angeles Trade-Technical College (LATTC) is a public two-year community college centrally located in Downtown Los Angeles. LATTC offers Associate Degrees and Certificates of Completion in over 80 programs. While Trade-Tech is renowned for its vocational curriculum in fields such as Fashion Design, Culinary Arts, and Automotive Technology, students can also take courses that will allow them to transfer to a four-year university. Our campus has a fully staffed University Transfer Center that will assist with this process. LATTC students have successfully transferred to UCLA, USC, and CSULA. We also offer a wide variety of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses in order to provide the support necessary for our bilingual students to succeed.

LATTC is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges, the United States Office of Education, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the American Culinary Federation and Educational Institute, and the National League of Nursing. LATTC is also fully approved under the regulations of the California State Department of Education
